Seth is widely recognized by his peers in Montgomery County as the go-to attorney to litigate medical malpractice claims in Philly on behalf of plaintiffs who have been critically injured. As the current President of the Montgomery Bar Association (2025) and member of the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, he is well respected in the legal community. Seth receives regular referrals from other attorneys who know his experience and track record of achieving multi-million dollar jury verdicts.

Since graduating in 2003 from Temple University Beasley School of Law with a focus on trial advocacy, Seth has earned a reputation as a seasoned courtroom litigator. He is never afraid to fight for his clients and take a matter to trial if it means getting just compensation for the seriously injured. Defense attorneys and insurance companies alike know that Seth will work to get the best possible results for his clients.

Seth represents individuals throughout state and federal courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Outside the Courtroom

Seth lives with his wife and two daughters in Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County. In his spare time, he is passionate about helping Montgomery County residents better navigate the legal system by:

  • teaching civics classes to college, high school and middle school students as well as adults
  • volunteering with the Montgomery Child Advocacy Program to provide free representation to children who have been abused

Professional Associations & Appointments

Seth is active in many professional and legal organizations, which keep him at the forefront of legal trends and precedents to best serve his clients. He is the current President of the Montgomery Bar Association, member of the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and on the Board of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.  He is a current Fellow and past member of the Board of Trustees of the Montgomery Bar Foundation, which provides funding and grants to organizations that foster access to justice programs in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He has held numerous roles in the Montgomery Bar Association over the years, including serving on the Board and Executive Committee of the organization, President of the Trial Lawyers Section, member of the Executive Committee of the Bench Bar Committee, Chair of the Young Lawyers Section, and as Editor of the Montgomery County Law Reporter. Seth is a frequent lecturer on legal topics throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. He has been published in Trial Magazine, which is the publication of the American Association for Justice of which he is also a long-time member. Seth has been the recipient of many awards including as a Top 100 Superlawyer in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia, Lawyer on the Fast Track by The Legal Intelligencer, and recently was awarded the Committee of the Year by the Montgomery Bar Association for his role as Chair of the Lawyer Referral Service.
